For help with Postbob, email support@postbob.app. Include the email address on your account, the device you are using, and a short description of the issue.
Account Access
If you cannot sign in, check that you are using the same email address and password you used when creating your account. If you still need help, contact support from the email address associated with your account when possible.
Account Deletion
You can delete your Postbob account directly in the app. Open Settings, choose Delete account, enter your password, and confirm the deletion. This permanently deletes your account and user-owned Postbob data.
If you cannot access the app, email support@postbob.app and ask for account deletion help.

What to Include
Helpful support requests include your account email, whether you are using iPhone or web, the action you were trying to take, and any error message you saw.
