We collect information you provide directly, including account details, waitlist signups, messages, notes, scripts, project drafts, video planning context, uploaded files, images, and audio you choose to send to Postbob.

We may also collect app usage information, device and browser details, logs, crash diagnostics, authentication events, and other technical data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide Postbob, authenticate users, save and sync your workspace, generate and improve drafts, respond to support requests, detect abuse, maintain security, debug issues, and understand how the product is used.

AI, Audio, and Creative Content

Postbob may process your prompts, drafts, voice notes, transcripts, uploaded media, and related context with third-party service providers that help power AI, transcription, storage, infrastructure, analytics, and authentication. We use these providers to operate the product, not to sell your creative work.

Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with vendors that help us run Postbob, when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of Postbob or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or similar business transaction.

Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. You can request deletion of your account or personal information by contacting us.

Your Choices

You can choose what content you provide to Postbob. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Some data may remain where retention is required for security, legal compliance, or legitimate business needs.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service is perfectly secure, so you should avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed to use Postbob.

Children

Postbob is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and take reasonable steps to notify users when appropriate.
