Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Postbob. By using Postbob, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Service
Postbob is a workspace for planning, scripting, drafting, and editing short-form video content. The service may include AI-assisted features, transcription, file uploads, messaging, draft generation, and related creative workflow tools.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the content you provide to Postbob, including ideas, notes, scripts, media, prompts, transcripts, and drafts. You grant Postbob the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use your content to provide and improve the service.
AI Output
AI-assisted output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing and editing output before publishing or relying on it. Do not use Postbob as a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Postbob to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, attempt to access systems without permission, abuse or disrupt the service, misrepresent your identity, or create content that violates applicable platform rules or legal obligations.
Third-Party Services
Postbob may rely on third-party services for infrastructure, authentication, AI processing, transcription, analytics, storage, and other product functions. Your use of third-party platforms where you publish content is governed by those platforms' own terms.
Paid Features
If Postbob offers paid features, pricing, renewal terms, cancellation options, and any additional terms will be presented at the time of purchase. Taxes and fees may apply.
Changes and Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Postbob at any time. We may also update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Termination
You may stop using Postbob at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if required by law.
Disclaimers
Postbob is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postbob will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
